About the brand: The core of Iris Hantverk's business is the brush-binding factory in South Stockholm where six visually impaired craftsmen from different cultures make brushes by hand, working with the same traditional techniques that were used over 100 years ago. All products are produced of the highest quality with simple Scandinavian design.

Use & Care: after using, wash with soap and water (don't leave it to soak). Dry with towel.

Fell in sink with water in error the 1st time I used it and the wood swelled and it’s now unusable! Disappointed
Lightweight, super thin, and angled blade is perfect! It took a little getting used to but it’s now my go to for shaping. I rinse and dry immediately after use and it’s holding up well.
Loved it. It made making my round loaves very easy and it cut the dough like butter. Very pleased.
I've used the Iris Hantverk Bench Knife a couple of times now while making sourdough bread. It works well, love how it looks and feel.
After I cleaned and dried it, it seems as though the blade wiggles in the handle

This is another beautiful bench, scraper, quick and easy to use for a smaller loaves of sourdough bread. Thank you so much for the beautiful quality. I love leaving it out. It’s so pretty.
I use this bench knife constantly throughout my baking routine. Before I wipe down any surface I run this knife over it and remove 99% of all the dough/flour from the surface. The blade on this is way better than any other bench knife I've purchased (I'm embarrassed by how many I've bought but their blade did not have the edge like this one)!
Tip- this handmade with birch wood. Only wash the blade and not the wood as it will absorb the water and the blade will seem loose. Mine is loose but still attached and working so I keep using it!
Unfortunately mine arrived defective and the blade part iwas wiggling. Waiting for a response to resolve the issue.
