Refund policy

We work hard to provide products we ourselves are impressed with. And we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase as well. If you are unsatisfied, or the product has an issue, you can return your item(s) purchased from flourside.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment less original shipping fees and a $5 flat rate return shipping charge. A shipping label will be provided to you for your return.
