It fell in the sink in error and the wood swelled and it’s unusable!
Really wanted to love this, but it feels incredibly cheaply made. The stainless steel is super thin and flimsy, the wood handle isn't secured properly and wobbles from side to side. For $30, I was expecting something a lot more premium but this fell very short from that mark. I run a sourdough microbakery and was excited to have something that could divide my huge dough piles easier, but I think I'll have to keep looking since this seems like it would break quickly.
I love this bench scraper. I have super small hands and it’s easy to grasp and works beautifully! I appreciate the care taken to create this beautiful addition to my sourdough bread Baking adventure.
