Good brush
love this banneton brush. it works so well and gets all debris off the banneton without damaging the banneton at all. honestly I'm now wishing I bought two! my order did arrive a couple days later than expected but overall it was a great buy and great experience
Perfect size and bristle stiffness. My two bannetons were pretty caked after a couple of years of just clapping them together out in the backyard. In a couple of minutes they were like new again.
A wonderful tool for dusting flour and wiping out bannetons.
This small brush clears the semolina I use to line my baskets nicely. I make sure to use it very gently on the wood pulp.
Perfect tool for cleaning a Banneton!
Great brush, but awkward to use - should really have a handle. it keeps popping out of my hand!
