Perfect for all sizes of proofing
I was excited to receive my proofing bowl/basket cover and tried it right away. It worked wonderfully and looks and feels well made! I’m so glad I purchased it. Thank you! The only small issue I noticed was that when proofing my dough with the cover I purchased, my dough raised high enough to tough the inside of the cover. Some of the red color from the Flouside name that was stitched on it leached onto my dough, along with a couple of red threads. I was able to pinch off the red color and threads from off my dough without any problems. Other than little glitch, I’m very happy with it.

The quality of the covers is great, but like a previous review said, the size is too large. I have their round medium baskets and it doesn't create a seal at all so the dough gets a little dried up. Kind of disappointed since these were more expensive than other covers I could have bought.
I’m disappointed with the cover, not because of the quality, but bc it’s way too big. The description says they fit all, my basket is swimming in it as it is huge!

They fit the bannetons perfectly, and if the dough rises to touch, it doesn't stick. Plus, I think they are more airtight than those flimsy bowl covers I have been using.
Great quality
I used to use plastic bags and rubber bands, but finally invested in proper equipment. The way these keep the dough from condensation is amazing and makes for a much better quality bread, along with the wood pull baskets.

A great bowl/boule cover. Please bring out a batard banneton cover too.
Excellent product. Keeps humidity in and the cover wipes clean. Nice to not have to use plastic bags.
