Shipping

When possible, we use 2nd-Life boxes, which means we take time to gather boxes destine for the trash from local businesses to up-cycle for our shipping needs. We ship from Geneva, IL USA.

U.S.A. Domestic: $5 for standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is available and computed at checkout. 

International: At this time, we are shipping only in the U.S. (note, we are working to ship international and we'll send an email when we get there). Shipping options and costs will be provided during checkout. 

Due to demand, please expect up 3 days before orders ship. Thank you for your patience. Carriers are experiencing longer than normal delivery times due to the holiday season. 

Returns

We stand behind our products 100% and want you to enjoy them as much as we do. If you are unsatisfied, want to make a return, or just provide some feedback, please email us at flourside@gmail.com. Include the full customer name and email that was on the order. There is a $5 flat rate shipping charge on all returns.

Our team is small but mighty and we do our best to respond in a timely manner. We will get to your request as soon as possible. In the meantime we appreciate your patience 🙂
